Here are a selection of common/ everyday herbs that can easily be incorporated into your daily routine for their healing properties. Chamomile

It has been used traditionally to support joint health, reduce inflammation, and boost the immune system and seems like this year we all need a bit of this (thank you virus’) . Lavender

Lavender is well-known for its calming and soothing effects on the mind and body its so great for when you are struggling to relax, if you’re feeling stressed or struggling to get to dream land.
