Refunds and exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Refund processing

Refunds can take 2-3 business days to appear back in your account depending on the form of payment as this travels back through the service provider you've paid with - eg Mastercard or Afterpay, to you.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
